The first Russell’s opened in 1991 in Pleasantville, down in Westchester County, where the deli trade is a religion. The counter came up to Milton Ave in 2008 and has been a Ballston Spa staple ever since.
We’re more than a place to grab lunch. We’re part of the neighborhood. Boar’s Head sliced to order, turkey and roast beef roasted in house, salads made from scratch, and since 2026, slow cooked BBQ with our own Apple BBQ and White BBQ sauces.
