Catering for Ballston Spa and Saratoga County
Where does Russell’s cater?
We cater out of the counter at 303 Milton Ave in Ballston Spa, and we put trays together for offices, job sites and parties around Ballston Spa, Milton, Malta, Saratoga Springs and the rest of Saratoga County. If you are not sure we reach you, call 518-885-3354 and ask.
What can go on a tray?
Anything on the board. Boar’s Head subs and wraps, turkey and roast beef we roast in house, macaroni, potato and coleslaw salads made from scratch, slow cooked BBQ, and trays from the bakery case. Breakfast spreads work too, since the griddle is on from seven in the morning.
How do I place a catering order?
Call the shop at 518-885-3354 and talk it through with whoever picks up. Tell us the head count, the day and the time you need everything ready, and we will build the trays around that. For everyday orders you can order pickup or delivery online instead.
Do you have gluten free options?
Yes. We keep gluten free rolls and bread on hand, so most of what is on the board can be built gluten free. Mention it when you call and we will note it on the order.
Do you cater breakfast?
Yes. The griddle is on from seven, so breakfast trays are one of the things we do most: egg sandwiches on hard rolls with bacon, ham or sausage, plus muffins, crumb cake and cookies from the bakery case. It is a common order for morning meetings around Ballston Spa and Saratoga Springs.
Can you do BBQ for a crowd?
The BBQ is slow cooked in house and sold by the pound, so it scales. Pulled pork with apple BBQ sauce alongside scratch made macaroni salad, potato salad and coleslaw covers graduations, block parties and job site lunches without much fuss.
